1 General Terms & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the b bet platform and all its services. b bet is an online Sports Betting and casino platform operated through the website bbet-bangla.com and its mobile app.

These terms and conditions have been written in English for the convenience of our users in Bangladesh. However, in the event of any legal dispute, the original English version shall be considered the authoritative text.

B bet reserves the right to suspend or modify any service in response to government directives or changes in applicable law. Users will be notified as early as reasonably possible in such cases.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following requirements must be met to open an account with b bet:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• No individual may hold more than one account.
• If a b bet account was previously closed for any reason, a new account cannot be opened.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials secure. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact b bet support immediately.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

B bet follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure a safe and transparent platform. Identity verification is mandatory in the following situations:

• Prior to your first withdrawal.
• When cumulative withdrawals exceed ৳50,000 BDT.
• In any case deemed suspicious at the sole discretion of b bet.

KYC requirements: a clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport, and proof of address if requested. Withdrawals may be held until KYC is completed — b bet is not liable for any resulting delays.

4 Deposit & Payment Rules

B bet currently supports deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. For deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 BDT.
• Maximum single deposit: ৳1,00,000 BDT.
• Deposits are usually instant — if there's a delay, please contact support.
• B bet does not charge any fees for deposits.
• Funds deposited into your account must be used for betting purposes only.

5 Withdrawal Rules

The following withdrawal rules must be observed after a win:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳5,00,000 BDT.
• Accounts that have completed KYC are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Winnings earned from bonuses require wagering requirements to be fulfilled before withdrawal.

If a withdrawal request is cancelled during processing for any reason, the funds will be returned to your wallet. If the issue persists, please contact support.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

B bet offers a range of bonuses and promotions. The general conditions that apply are:

• The welcome bonus is available on your first deposit only and can be claimed once.
• Each bonus has specific wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• Bets placed at odds below 1.5 minimum will not count toward bonus wagering progress.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and all winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• B bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

7 Betting Rules

Keep the following rules in mind when placing bets on b bet:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — so double-check everything before placing it.
• If a connection is lost during live betting, the outcome of the bet will be determined based on b bet's server records.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, b bet reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• The maximum stake per bet varies by market — the limit is displayed within each market.
• Bet outcomes are determined based on the official result of the match or event.

8 Cancellation & Refund Policy

Bets may be voided and stakes refunded in the following circumstances:

• In the event an event or match is cancelled or abandoned.
• If a match is not completed within the scheduled time (rules vary by sport).
• If a technical error on b bet's end prevents a bet from being accepted.
• If a bet is accepted at clearly erroneous odds.

Stakes from cancelled bets are generally returned to your wallet within 24 hours. If you have a complaint, please contact support within 72 hours.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on b bet:

• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Bonus arbitrage or promotion manipulation.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Using another person's account or selling your account.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

B bet may close or suspend an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Account closure at the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any verifiable balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded (subject to conditions).

11 Limitation of Liability

B bet always strives to ensure uninterrupted service on the platform. However, b bet is not liable for the following:

• Losses due to internet connectivity issues.
• Delays or errors on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Unforeseen technical failures or cyberattacks.
• Losses resulting from a user's own erroneous bets or decisions.

12 Responsible Gaming

B bet believes betting is for entertainment — not a source of income. We are fully committed to responsible gaming:

• Each member can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits.
• Users experiencing gambling-related issues may make use of the self-exclusion feature.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected, b bet may impose limits at its own discretion.

14 Dispute Resolution

For any disputes or complaints, please contact the b bet support team first — email: support@bbet-bangla.com. Most disputes are resolved within 72 hours.

If your issue isn't resolved through support, you have the right to file a formal complaint with b bet's licensing authority. International gaming law governs all legal matters relating to these terms.
